Mr. Vikram Chauhan is the Senior Advisor on Strategic Issues to USINPAC. Mr. Chauhan has over 20 years of technical, management & startup experience and more than 15 years in the public sector. He serves as a subject matter advisor in a wide range technology strategy and governance and enterprise transformation (planning and execution of strategic change). He has been the co-author of the SMART city model, which is a re-engineering methodology for providing e-business solutions for government and industry.

His experience includes advising the Department of Defense, and other Federal agencies and Foreign Governments (Philippines, UK, Venezuela, Colombia, Middle East & India). He has functional knowledge of Healthcare, Finance, Telecom, Defense & Security industries.

He has also been on the Board of companies like Acelsior, iDL systems and TCIL BellSouth Ltd. He holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering, M.BA and MS in Information Systems. Mr. Chauhan has been one of co-founders of USINPAC.
